Latino Fever students, families and friends from all around Sydney come together to celebrate another of Latino Fever’s End of Term Parties. After a delicious dinner, all are entertained to an extravaganza of different dance styles with shows including our “Latin Desire” show package taking you to south America and back, we start off in the heart of cuba as we take it to the streets salsa cubana style straight from Havana, then we work our way down and make a stop past Dominican republic bringing you the very sexy sensual seductive dance known as bachata, but this is just a taste as we begin the fiesta carnival style to the streets of brazil with the sexy samba showgirls dancing to the high‐impact explosive beats of the Brazilian drumming known as batucada, and then we finish off with the forbidden exotic dance of brazil know as the lambada! As well as special guest performances, we will have audience participation and involve the crowd to get the party started as we demonstrate some of our sexiest salsa and lambada moves to get you dancing the night away!

Since The Cuban Place opened in Sydney, on the 26th of April 2011, it has developed a reputation as a destination restaurant and bar for live music, great food and the best mojitos in Australia. We have taken inspiration from the vibrant heydays in Cuba’s1950′s and have put a little slice of Havana in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

João Domingues, our Head Chef, has created a Menu that features fresh Australian produce with an authentic latin flair. We have researched Cuban cocktail menus from the last 60 years to develop our Cocktail List that features true classic Cuban cocktails. Our extensive rum collection features over 150 different varieties from such countries as Haiti, Guyana, Jamaica and of course Cuba.

We have a live band, Lorenzo y su Swing, playing live 4 nights a week, with salsa dancing to accompany.
