I have been involved in singing, drama and dancing since, 5 years of age, at 14, after watching my mother perform, train and teach Salsa, it began to look good to me. So, I started first as a social dancer, then in competitions, performing and teaching.

One of the greatest & memorable experiences was competing in the Latin Fiesta in 2003 – and WON the “Sabor Latino” Award with my mother! Also “up there” as unforgettable experiences have included Special Guest performances for my mentor Jose Prates, founder of LADA whom was mainly responsible for breeding salsa in Sydney! As well as competing in the Australian Bachata Championships in 2009 where our group placed 2nd, along with Sydney’s biggest freestyle competition in 2009 ranking 2nd in salsa, merengue, bachata, samba & Reggaeton, also performances at the Bacardi Festival as well as many other clubs, events and venues around Sydney.

I believe that I was born to entertain as I come from a family of dancers and musicians that have been passed from one generation to one another.

I also have a passion to spread the word of dance through my teaching which I have been doing for over 10 years now, dancing has changed my life completely and I feel so grateful and honoured to have such a positive influence on others through the power of dance, nothing feels better to me than to have students come into my class that have never danced before and 8 weeks later watching them with the ability to social dance, make new friends and grow with confidence and high self-esteem. 

some of my areas of expertise include: many styles of dance such as salsa, bachata, samba, Lambada, Reggaeton & Rueda, I am also a musician specialising in Brazilian percussion, as well as a professional choreographer i also DJ & MC, along with being a qualified Zumba instructor/personal trainer & professional salsa/Latin rhythms instructor, Acting, Modelling & Singing are also areas of interest and further progress for me.
